Sree Daksha’s Talina in Vadavalli: RERA number issued, status and prices unclear

Status: pre-launch on paper, under construction on site

Our tracker lists Sree Daksha’s Talina as pre-launch. The developer’s project page describes the project as under construction. A third-party listing reports a launch date of 1 April 2025 and a field update that puts the third slab cast on 7 July 2026. A separate property listing uses the label “New Launch.” None of these sources gives a booking-open date or an expression-of-interest date. As of October 2026, the status is best described as a project that has a RERA registration number and is reported to be under construction. Buyers should confirm the current stage with the developer and the RERA portal.

Developer and RERA registration

Sree Daksha Property Developers (India) Pvt. Ltd. says the brand began in 2007 as a partnership and became a private limited company in 2010. It states more than 18 years of industry experience. Its project history lists work across Coimbatore localities including Vadavalli, Saravanampatti, Kalapatti, Selvapuram and Singanallur. The developer’s project page gives the Tamil Nadu RERA registration as TNRERA/11/BLG/0258/2026, dated 31 July 2026. The company’s project-history page contains inconsistent labels, so we have not published a reconciled total of delivered projects.

The developer’s own project history lists Naruvi Villas, 37 units in Vadavalli, as completed in May 2022, and Olivia Apartments, 130 units in Saravanampatti, as completed in April 2023.

Configurations, sizes and prices

The developer lists 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The editor’s brief lists only 3 and 4 BHK. The developer labels its figures “Flat Area” without saying whether these are carpet, built-up or super area. Reported figures are:

• 2 BHK: 1,589 sq ft flat area on the developer page.
• 3 BHK: developer-listed flat areas of 2,016, 2,058, 2,138, 2,272, 2,278 and 2,360 sq ft.
• 4 BHK: developer-listed flat areas of 2,646 and 2,808 sq ft.

A third-party listing gives a price band of ₹85.5 lakh to ₹1.51 crore, a base rate of ₹5,600 per sq ft, and the following unit prices: 2 BHK at ₹85.5 lakh (985 sq ft carpet), 3 BHK at ₹1.13 crore (1,302 sq ft carpet) and 4 BHK at ₹1.51 crore (1,741 sq ft carpet). The developer’s pages we reviewed do not confirm these prices, and the listing says prices may change. No offers or discounts were found.

The same listing describes a construction-linked payment plan: 10% on booking, 15% within 45 days, 10% at foundation completion, 10% at the third slab, 10% at the seventh slab, 15% at brickwork, 15% at flooring and 15% on offer of possession. No fixed rupee booking amount is stated.

Possession timeline

Sources disagree on possession. One separate listing gives 5 June 2030. A channel-partner listing reports possession from May 2028. Until the RERA portal entry is checked, no possession date should be treated as confirmed.

Specifications

The developer describes an RCC-framed structure with interior and exterior emulsion paint. It lists vitrified tiles throughout the flat except toilets, anti-skid toilet-floor tiles, and glazed wall tiles up to 7 feet in toilets. It names Kohler or Jaquar fittings for bathrooms. Doors and windows are described differently across sources: the developer lists designed wood-panel main doors, flush doors with door-skin finish, and UPVC windows with glass shutters; a third-party listing describes a teak frame, laminate-finish flush doors and powder-coated aluminium sliding windows. Electrical details also differ. Lift specifications, smart-home features and power backup capacity were not found. Power backup is described as a separately charged item.

Amenities

A third-party listing names 19 amenities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, cycling and jogging track, children’s play area, landscaped garden, amphitheatre, rainwater harvesting, solar panels, fire sprinklers, a gas pipeline and 24-hour water supply. It mentions a clubhouse but gives no size.

Location and connectivity

The developer describes the site as beside the Western Hills. No road name or distance-to-landmark data was published for the project. The developer’s listed office is at No. 1, Gandhi Layout, Maruthamalai Main Road, Vadavalli, Coimbatore 641046. This is the company address and is not confirmed as the project site.

A third-party listing shows a metro station at Vadavalli, 0.4 km away and marked as upcoming. That station is not operational. In July 2026, the Union government rejected revised proposals for Coimbatore and Madurai metro projects, according to a report in The New Indian Express. No approved construction timetable or opening date for a Coimbatore metro was found.
