The cluster will support industrial operations and workforce needs with a skill development center, fire station, administrative office, parking, and commercial space, plus extensive infrastructure including a 29.89 km internal road network, 220/33 KV and 33/11 KV electrical substations, 162 MVA assured power supply, and a 19 MLD water supply system. The cluster will also feature 'Plug n Play' infrastructure, such as stormwater drainage, solid waste management, water treatment, sewage treatment, and common wastewater treatment plants, as well as green landscaping.

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) gave approval to the project on August 28, 2024 while environmental clearance was granted by Ministry of Environment and Forest on March 18, 2025. The state government notified it as the industrial area and granted stamp duty waiver in March 2025.
