Pre-launch status and approvals
As of October 2026, Abhee City Urban Glenn is being marketed as a pre-launch project. Its registered Phase I name is ABHEE CITY URBAN GLENN PHASE I, under Karnataka RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/250826/008887. The registration was approved on 25 August 2026. The RERA-recorded completion date for the phase is 31 December 2033.
The project information reports BDA plan approval on 8 May 2026 and a project start date of 10 July 2026. The pre-launch label is therefore the project’s marketing status, not evidence that work has yet to begin. The reported EOI price is tentative; it should not be read as a final cost sheet.
Phase I homes and price indications
Phase I covers 6.06 acres and comprises 566 homes in Towers 4, 5 and 6. The registered mix includes 2 BHK, 3 BHK with two or three toilets, 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK homes. Marketed salable areas range from about 1,181 sq ft for 2 BHK units to 2,556 sq ft for 4.5 BHK units.

At those rates, the page estimated base prices of about ₹1.18–₹1.21 crore for 2 BHK units, ₹1.45–₹1.49 crore for 3 BHK homes with two toilets, ₹1.55–₹1.75 crore for 3 BHK homes with three toilets, ₹2.01–₹2.06 crore for 3.5 BHK homes and ₹2.56–₹2.62 crore for 4.5 BHK homes. These are reported tentative base prices; taxes and other charges are extra.
Location and wider township plan
The site is on Varthur–Sarjapur Road near Dommasandra Circle, in Bengaluru’s Gunjur area. The project information places Whitefield about 8 km away and Bellandur about 7.5 km away. It also estimates the Hopefarm Channasandra Purple Line metro station at about 11.4 km by road. A proposed Red Line station at Dommasandra is mentioned in project information as awaiting Union Cabinet approval and not expected before 2033.
Phase I is part of a larger planned township described as about 45 acres, with 14 towers and approximately 3,000 homes. Those broader plans should be distinguished from the registered Phase I scope. The Phase I amenity schedule includes parks and a clubhouse, among other facilities.
