ACE Arte Records Rs 2,100 Crore in Sales in Noida Sector 150

What happened

ACE Group has reported Rs 2,100 crore in sales for ACE Arte, its latest residential project in Noida Sector 150. Wire reports dated 27 October 2026 carried the same text, based on a company statement. The company describes the project as its 25th and its fourth development in the sector, after ACE Golfshire, ACE Parkway and ACE Medley Avenue.

Founder, Chairman and Managing Director Ajay Choudhary said the response showed that buyers are looking for distinctive architecture, carefully planned homes and a lifestyle-led setting. Wire coverage framed the sales as evidence of growing demand for premium housing in Noida.

About the project

ACE Arte is designed by architect Hafeez Contractor in a neo-classical style. The project is built around the concept 'Art Meets Architecture'. It sits on about 15 acres and includes 784 residences in 11 towers. A listing page gives the total floor count as 23.

The project is planned at low density, with about 80% of the site set aside as open space and landscaped greens. According to the project's official site, that includes around nine acres of landscaped areas and a clubhouse of about 50,000 square feet.

ACE Arte is the UP-RERA-registered name of a project earlier marketed as ACE Parkway 2.0. An advisory description of the project says it is a new ACE Group project in the same sector, not a phase or extension of ACE Parkway.

Configurations, unit sizes and prices

Sources give slightly different unit mixes. Listing pages show 3 BHK units of about 1,927 sq ft, 4 BHK units of about 2,614 sq ft, and a larger unit of about 4,370 sq ft, which one listing calls 4 BHK+S and another calls 4.5 BHK.

Project status is described differently across sources. One listing marks the project as pre-launch. A group-linked listing says booking is open. Publicly shared event coverage has featured Bollywood personalities at the project's launch event.

Location and access

The project is on Noida Expressway in Sector 150, within the larger Sports City development. Road links include the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Yamuna Expressway, a 165-kilometre corridor that starts near Greater Noida's Pari Chowk. An advisory describes the Eastern Peripheral Expressway link, sometimes called the FNG corridor, as incomplete.

• Metro: the Sector 148 station on the operating Aqua Line is the nearest, about 3 to 4 km by road, as no station lies inside Sector 150.

Local resident reviews cite waterlogging and a shortage of local markets as drawbacks. Advisories say prices in Sector 150 have risen over time but remain below those in many central Noida sectors.
