Project Overview
Adani Enterprises has established a data centre in Sector 62 spanning 34,275 square metres with an investment of around Rs 2,400 crore, positioned as likely to be one of the largest in the country. The facility operates as AdaniConneX, a joint venture between Adani Group and EdgeConneX to develop up to 1 GW of data center capacity by 2030, with a network of facilities in Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, and Hyderabad powered by 100% renewable energy.
The project is being developed by DC Development Noida Limited (DCDNL), established by Adani Enterprises Limited, with Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESSL) appointed to design, develop and operate the internal power distribution network.
Land and Regulatory Approval
Adani Enterprises was allotted over 34,275 sq metres of land in the commercial Sector 62 under the Uttar Pradesh Data Centre Policy framework. The land was allotted as part of the Uttar Pradesh government's objective to encourage investment in IT and ITES services and spur employment. In August 2026, the proposed distribution area includes the approved portion of the data centre park in Sector 62, with plans to cover adjoining plots and a proposed facility in Sector 80, Noida.
Capacity and Infrastructure Status
The facility has been commissioned. There is no leaseable power currently under construction, with plans to add additional leaseable power. The project is structured as a multi-phase development, reflecting the scale of the infrastructure required for a hyperscale data centre campus.

The project is expected to generate employment for 1,350 people and fetch revenue of Rs 103.41 crore to Noida Authority.
