Phase 1 launch and reported sales
Ajmera Realty launched Phase 1 of Ajmera Solis in Vikhroli East in December 2025. In a statement dated 9 December, the company said the launch generated about ₹427 crore in sales in its first 24 hours, covering 324 units and approximately 1.94 lakh square feet of carpet area. It reported that this represented 81% of the 2.40 lakh square feet of inventory released in that phase. These are the developer’s reported launch figures.
