Launch status

Arkade Evoke was launched in March 2026, according to launch records, and is listed as a new launch as of 28 October 2026. Listings from March 2026 describe the project as a new launch with possession expected around June 2029. Sales to customers have started.

The project's official name is Arkade Evoke Goregaon West. The Arkade Developers listing for the project names the developer as Arkade Developers Limited.

Product and configurations

The project offers two configurations, both residential apartments:

• 2 BHK: 746 sq ft carpet area, with 2 flats per floor.
• 3 BHK: 1,141 sq ft and 1,234 sq ft carpet areas.

Across the project, carpet areas range from 746 to 1,234 sq ft. The developer describes the layout as a gated community with multiple high-rise towers on a 1.08-acre parcel, with 100% residential use. Units have private sundecks with cross ventilation, and the developer lists vastu compliance as a design feature.

Specifications listed by the developer include an RCC earthquake-resistant frame, premium vitrified flooring in the living, dining and bedroom areas, anti-skid tiles in bathrooms and balconies, granite kitchen platforms with modular kitchens, designer bathroom fittings, laminate finish doors, and a video door phone. Power backup and 24x7 water supply are listed. Each floor has two lifts and one staircase.

Pricing and payment

The 2 BHK is listed from Rs 2.70 crore. The 3 BHK of 1,141 sq ft is listed at Rs 4.10 crore. The per sq ft rate was listed at Rs 36,000 in a price update dated 30 May 2026. The 2 BHK and 3 BHK starting prices are indicative and undated.

Two payment structures are listed: a 25:25:25:25 plan and a construction-linked plan. The booking amount (EOI) is Rs 2 lakh for a 2 BHK and Rs 3 lakh for a 3 BHK. All-inclusive pricing, covering base cost, stamp duty, registration, GST and possession charges, is listed, with one car parking space included. In Maharashtra, stamp duty is a minimum of 5% of the transaction value, and registration is 1% of the transaction value, capped at Rs 30,000.

RERA and possession

The project is cited under MahaRERA registration PR1180002502642, which can be checked on the MahaRERA portal under project view 62129. The RERA possession date is 1 December 2028. The developer's target for completion is June 2029.

As of 26 March 2026, construction was about 10% complete. The developer plans to apply for the occupation certificate closer to the possession date.

Location and connectivity

The site sits on New Link Road, which runs between Dahisar and Andheri. Bangur Nagar station on Metro Line 2A (Yellow Line) is about 850 metres away. The line's Phase II section opened on 19 January 2023, and the neighbouring stations are Lower Malad and Goregaon (West). Western Express Highway is about 3 minutes away by road.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is listed at about 9.5 km, roughly 35 minutes away. Goregaon railway station on the Western line is the nearest main rail link. BEST bus routes 262 and 204 run from Goregaon railway station. The Mrinaltai Gore and Veer Savarkar flyovers serve the corridor.

Nearby retail includes Inorbit Mall, about 700 metres away, and SV Road, about 1.9 km away. Westside, HyperCity, Oberoi Mall and a DMart branch are also in the Bangur Nagar area.

Infrastructure and locality

Metro Line 6 (Pink Line), from Swami Samarth Nagar to Vikhroli, is planned to improve east-west links through the Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road. The Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link is also listed as upcoming.

Bangur Nagar has more than 40 redevelopment projects in Goregaon West, and a transformation programme valued at Rs 12,000 crore is under way. Completion timelines for these works are not fixed.

Market context

The zone average rate is Rs 30,628 per sq ft across 351 projects. Rent ranges for Goregaon West, as of 30 May 2026, are Rs 60,000 to Rs 1.2 lakh per month for a 2 BHK and Rs 95,000 to Rs 1.95 lakh per month for a 3 BHK.

Comparable projects in the locality include Kolte Patil Vivere (720 to 1,110 sq ft, Rs 2.6 crore to Rs 4 crore), Asmi Legacy (765 to 1,100 sq ft, Rs 2.35 crore to Rs 3.4 crore), and Artha 38 Avenue (690 to 910 sq ft, Rs 1.7 crore to Rs 2.3 crore).

Arkade Developers Limited is listed on the NSE and BSE, following a Rs 410 crore IPO in September 2024. It has completed 32 projects totalling more than 5.5 million sq ft, all in Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
