Arkade’s Jal Ratan Deep redevelopment is upcoming in Goregaon West

Development Agreement marks project milestone

Arkade Developers announced on 5 February 2026 that it had signed a Development Agreement for Jal Ratan Deep, a mixed-use redevelopment in Goregaon West. The company estimates the project’s gross development value at ₹350 crore.

The project is planned on a parcel of about 4,640.60 sq m in Bangur Nagar. It is intended to combine residential units with commercial space.

As of October 2026, Jal Ratan Deep is listed as upcoming. The announcement of a Development Agreement is a project milestone; it does not establish that construction has started or that the development is complete.

Homes and commercial space planned

The announced residential configurations are 2BHK and 3BHK. Commercial spaces are also planned, but the available project details do not give unit sizes or counts. The project’s price band and possession timeline have not been announced in the material used for this article.

Jal Ratan Deep should not be confused with Kul Jal Ratan Deep, a separate completed project in Bangur Nagar. The two projects are distinct.

Bangur Nagar location context

Bangur Nagar is part of Goregaon West, a western Mumbai locality served by the Western Railway network and the Line 2A metro corridor. Bangur Nagar metro station, known as Arkade Bangur Nagar Metro Station, was inaugurated in January 2023. Arkade acquired the station’s naming rights in 2025.

At the locality level, Goregaon West also has access to the Western Express Highway and Goregaon-Malad Link Road. Nearby landmarks include Inorbit Mall, the Mindspace office complex and Oberoi Mall. These are area-level connections and amenities, not measurements from the project site.
