Status and launch timing
Atlantis Central Park is listed as Upcoming. The developer's homepage carries the project under Coming Soon, and that label was still in place when the homepage was last updated on 19 October 2026.
An older online listing gives an August 2019 launch date. That date is not supported by the developer's own site, and this report does not treat it as a launch. The same listing's possession date has moved from December 2024 to December 2028.
Scale and layout
The site covers about 3 acres, and the developer's Mohali portal gives a range of 3 to 3.5 acres. The project is planned as two towers with a stilt level and 22 floors above it, for 190 units in total. The developer describes the design as low-density for a high-rise, with fewer homes per floor than many Aerocity projects.
- 3 BHK: about 2,076 sq ft super area. The developer lists it as 3 BHK plus store room in Tower A.
- 4 BHK: about 2,290 sq ft super area, planned in Tower B.
No penthouse is listed for this project.
Pricing and payment plans
The developer has quoted Rs 7,750 per sq ft, with two payment plans and a no-PLC (preferred location charge) benefit for early bookers. The offer was valid until 31 March 2026, and that date has passed. No newer price sheet has been published.
At the quoted rate, the indicative totals are Rs 1,60,89,000 for a 2,076 sq ft unit and Rs 1,77,47,500 for a 2,290 sq ft unit. These figures exclude any charges that are not itemised.
- Plan A: construction-linked schedule.
- Plan B: a 10:30:60 structure, with 30 and 60 as the stage shares named by the source.
Both plans were listed as valid until 31 March 2026.
Approvals and RERA
The project's regulator is the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA Punjab). The developer states that its projects are registered with Punjab RERA and that RERA details for this project are available on request.
A registration number of PBRERA-SAS79-PR0512 appears on a third-party listing. Punjab RERA records tie that number to a different project, J.S Bachhal Enclave, so it should not be read as this project's registration.
Buyers should ask the developer for the Punjab RERA registration number and the project's approved plans before committing money.
