Bhumika The Icon moves into construction in Faridabad

Launch and construction status

Bhumika announced The Icon in December 2025 as a mixed-use development backed by a stated investment of ₹700 crore. The project was listed as a new launch, but its status has since advanced: Bhumika performed a Bhoomi Pujan and said construction had commenced on 19 March 2026. As of October 2026, it is under construction.

The project is registered under Haryana RERA number HRERA-PKL-FBD-793-2025. Bhumika’s announced construction timeline was four years and three months from launch. NoBroker lists possession in March 2030.

Homes, retail and entertainment

The residential launch comprises 88 low-density homes described as 3 BHK plus study. Listings give apartment sizes of 2,650 and 2,950 sq. ft.; the developer announced a rate of ₹15,500 per sq. ft. The cited figures do not establish a complete residential price band.

The scheme also includes retail shops, a mall and entertainment space. Bhumika lists shops starting at 300 sq. ft. and retail prices of ₹26,000 to ₹42,000 per sq. ft., varying by location and floor. PVR INOX has announced a planned 25,000 sq. ft. multiscreen multiplex at the project.

A hotel is also part of the mixed-use plan. The project materials describe a five-star hotel, with a hotel tower featuring serviced suites planned for a later phase.

Sector 27A location

The site is at Plot No. 4 on NH-19, also known as Delhi–Mathura Road, opposite Metro Pillar 627. Bhumika gives the distance to NHPC Metro Station as about 300 metres. The station is on the operational Delhi Metro Violet Line.

The project is on the Delhi–Faridabad commuter corridor, with frontage on NH-19. The DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway is another regional road link. These connections provide locality context; they do not guarantee travel times or future changes in property values.
