Project status and registration

DPS Elite is listed as a new launch. As of 22 October 2026, the public project record shows a MahaRERA registration dated 9 October 2026 (PM1180002602242). The registration certificate is recorded as signed, and the registered promoter is BP Infra Buildcon LLP.

The registration covers one building. The filed land record identifies survey number 78A, with the plot bounded by M. K. Apartment to the north, Shiva Shiv Building to the east, a 6-metre road to the south and Kasturba Road No. 5 to the west.

The project record lists 0% against the construction stages it tracks, including excavation, podium, plinth, stilt, superstructure, internal finishes and occupation certificate readiness. The record describes these figures as a snapshot taken at filing, not a live progress tracker. The promoter has declared a completion date of 1 March 2029.
