Brigade Global Park: 25-Acre Industrial Park Planned in Devanahalli
Brigade Group has announced Brigade Global Park, a 25-acre leasable industrial development in the KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park (Phase I) at Devanahalli, north Bengaluru. As of 31 October 2026 the project is listed as upcoming, with no RERA registration or sales launch reported.

Status and announcement
Brigade Group announced the project in a regulatory filing dated 10 March 2026, describing it as its first step into industrial real estate. Trade coverage published in March 2026 used the name Brigade Industrial Park, and a later article dated 31 October 2026 uses the name Brigade Global Park.
As of 31 October 2026, the project is listed as upcoming. No RERA registration number has been reported, and no sales launch, booking window or construction start has been announced.
What is planned
The park is planned as leasable industrial space rather than homes. The developer describes flexible leasing options, including built-to-suit facilities and plug-and-play spaces, along with innovation-led infrastructure.
The developer names three target sectors: aerospace and defence manufacturing, IT and IT-enabled services, and advanced data centres. An earlier company statement, from a page dated around 2022, said Brigade planned to start with greenfield Grade A warehousing projects in Bengaluru.

The site covers 25 acres. The March 2026 announcement put leasable space at around 2 million sq ft, and October 2026 trade coverage cites total development potential of about 3 million sq ft. Details of individual buildings, floors, phases and unit sizes have not been published.
RERA and approvals
Under Section 3 of the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, projects must be registered with Karnataka RERA before advertising, marketing or booking can take place. As of 31 October 2026, no registration for Brigade Global Park has been reported. The Karnataka RERA numbers attached to other Brigade projects in Devanahalli belong to those projects.
Pricing and lease terms
No lease rent, price per sq ft or payment structure has been published for the park. Leasing terms will be set by the developer as the project moves forward.
Location and connectivity
Devanahalli sits on the north side of Bengaluru, adjoining Kempegowda International Airport, which is about 20 minutes away by road. The Aerospace Park belt is about 35 km from Bengaluru city centre. The area is reached mainly through NH-44 (Bellary Road), a six-lane highway, and a six-lane widened expressway runs from Hebbal Flyover to the airport.
The developer's industrial page also refers to the proposed Satellite Town Ring Road for road access.
Infrastructure in the corridor
The Namma Metro Blue Line Phase 2B spur toward Devanahalli includes a Bagalur Cross station, which the 2025 Karnataka Budget reported as under construction. Stations are also planned near Yelahanka and Devanahalli, and KIAL Terminals is an upcoming underground station on the Blue Line. Devanahalli Railway Station is operated by South Western Railway.

- The Devanahalli Business Park, covering nearly 400 acres beside the airport, is planned with two IT parks.

Completion dates for the metro, expressway and ring road have not been announced.

Trade coverage dated 31 October 2026 puts average residential prices in Devanahalli and the International Airport Road belt at about ₹8,000 to ₹14,000 per sq ft. These are residential figures and do not apply to leased industrial space in the park.
