As of October 2026, the project is in the sales phase and is recorded by RERA as under construction. The launch statement said the foundation was complete and construction was progressing, and that the two-level basement uses diaphragm wall technology.

The filing also describes residential-cum-commercial use, with shops and office space on the lower floors of Block 1.

The registered promoter is M/s. DAC Developers Private Limited, and the filing names Mrs. S. Durga as director and GPA representative. The filing shows one project registration, with no separate phase registration found.

Listed amenities include a swimming pool, which the RERA filing places on the open terrace of Block 1, an air-conditioned gym, a yoga and meditation zone, a massage room, an indoor games room, a mini theatre, a multipurpose hall, a creche and an association room. Metro corridor status

Chennai Metro Phase II Corridor 4, also called the Yellow Line, includes Kumananchavadi, Karayanchavadi, Porur Bypass and Porur Junction stations. The developer's project page listed these stations as under construction. A later report says the Poonamallee Bypass to Vadapalani stretch, about 15 km with 11 stations, was inaugurated on 11 October 2026 and carries passengers, with Kumananchavadi and Kattupakkam among the stations served.

The remaining section of Corridor 4 towards Lighthouse is still under construction. The underground tunnel drive from Panagal Park to Boat Club is targeted for December 2026, according to the operator's update. An environmental assessment schedule gave December 2026 as a planned completion date for the full corridor.
