Ceratec launches Tower C at Westwinds in Hinjewadi

Tower C launch and project status

As of October 2026, Tower C is the newly launched tower at Ceratec Westwinds. Ceratec announced the launch and said bookings were open on 3 September 2026. The developer also said construction had commenced. Towers A and B were reported sold out in the same announcement.

The wider Westwinds project is registered with MahaRERA under P52100050497. The project-level registration was reported as dated 17 April 2023; the launch information does not identify a separate Tower C registration number.

Homes and pricing

The Tower C announcement lists 2, 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK homes, with simplex and duplex layouts. Ceratec describes the tower’s planning as focused on functional layouts, ventilation and efficient use of carpet area. Project brochure plans include some unit sizes, but those are not identified as Tower C-specific allocations.

A Tower C price band was not included in the launch information. No Tower C-specific possession offer or payment plan was stated.

Location and connectivity

Westwinds is on Maan Road in Maan, Hinjewadi Phase 1. Ceratec’s project information places Hinjewadi IT Park 3.2 km away and the Pune–Mumbai Expressway 6 km away. Its Tower C announcement says Maan metro station is five minutes away; the project page also lists a proposed metro station 2.3 km from the development. The available project information does not establish the station’s operational status.

The developer lists Rudiment International School 950 m away, Apollo Diagnostics 1.3 km away and Nexus Care Hospital 1.4 km away. These distances are developer-reported.

Possession timeline

Ceratec stated February 2029 as the possession timeline for Tower C. The reported current MahaRERA register schedule is also 28 February 2029. An earlier register-filed completion date was reported as 31 August 2028, so the current reported schedule is later than that earlier date.
