Ceratec Westwinds Tower C Launches on Maan Road, Hinjewadi

What launched on 3 September 2026

Ceratec Group launched Tower C at Ceratec Westwinds on Maan Road, Hinjewadi, on 3 September 2026, and bookings opened at the same event. A trade report on the launch said more than 250 channel partners visited the event. The launch followed the sell-out of Towers A and B.

Project listings describe the scheme as having four towers. The registered wings under the MahaRERA number are listed as A, B, C, D and A1.

Configurations and sizes

Listings show the following unit mix. Sizes are listed as carpet area on some sites and as apartment size on others.

A 2 BHK unit is listed with one living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A 3 BHK unit is listed with one living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Listed prices are indicative and may change.

One older listing also shows a 5.5 BHK simplex at about 1,770 sq ft. That configuration is not part of the current launch mix.

Pricing and offers

Listed price bands are shown above. One listing gives a price of about ₹10,750 per sq ft for the project. Pre-launch offers in project listings include a discount of up to ₹2 lakh on 2 and 3 BHK units, along with a free modular kitchen and free home automation. One listing shows a minimum down payment of ₹15 lakh for a 790 sq ft unit.

The listings also show an all-inclusive price for some units, without a breakdown of the taxes and charges it includes.

RERA, approvals and possession

The project is registered with MahaRERA under number P52100050497. The RERA-linked possession date is February 2029. The RERA-linked land area is about 5.19 acres, with a total built-up figure of about 20,988 sq m.

A commencement certificate is listed as issued. Listings say an occupation certificate will be applied for closer to possession.

Specifications and amenities

Listed specifications include an RCC frame structure, vitrified tiles in the living area and bedrooms, acrylic emulsion walls, UPVC and powder-coated aluminium windows, and laminated doors on both sides. Kitchens have a granite platform with a stainless steel sink, and modular kitchens in select apartments. Lifts are listed at three per floor, with eight flats per floor.

Listed amenities include a swimming pool, a clubhouse, badminton, tennis, volleyball and table tennis courts, a jogging and cycling track, children's play areas, a senior citizen area, a gymnasium, a yoga hall, a party lawn and a gazebo. The site is listed as gated with 24-hour security and CCTV. Green features listed include rainwater harvesting, a sewage treatment plant and solar energy. Listings also state 40% or more open space and 72 or more mango trees.

Location and connectivity

The project is on Maan Road, near Platinum Park in Hinjewadi. Listings put the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway about 6 km away, Hinjewadi IT Park 15 to 20 minutes away by road, and Wakad about 5 minutes away by car. Listings also name Maan metro station at about 5 minutes away and a bus stop at Chande Phata on Maan Road.

Banks listed nearby include Bank of Maharashtra at about 2.5 km, SBI at about 3 km and Axis Bank at about 3.9 km.

Metro and infrastructure ahead

Pune Metro Line 3 runs from Maan to Shivajinagar. PMRDA describes it as a 23.2 km elevated line with 23 stations. The PM is scheduled to virtually inaugurate the Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar line on 3 November 2026, according to a PuneNow report. The Maan depot is planned at Maan village, with completion of the depot and line expected in 2026 to 2027.

A state announcement in March 2026 said a 200 km metro network would be developed in Pune. No completion year for that network was given in the material available.

The developer

Ceratec Group traces its origins to the marble business and later ceramic retail, with five showrooms by 2007. It entered real estate in 2011 with Ceratec City. A 2024 press release for its 25th year said it had completed more than 12 projects and more than 65 acres. The launch report names Anand Agarwal as the group's managing director.

Other Pune projects listed by the group include Ceratec Greens in Katraj and Ceratec Twin Tower in Yewalewadi, both listed as ready to move, and Presidential Towers in Ravet, with a scheduled possession date of December 2025. The group lists ongoing work in Ravet and Hinjewadi, and upcoming projects in Balewadi and Baner.
