As of 20 October 2026, Confident Infinity is tagged New Launch on the developer's Lifestyle Plus listing and on its Kochi listings. The developer describes it as an ultra-luxury apartment project under its Lifestyle Plus vertical. The developer's tagline for the project is 'Ultra Luxury Ultra Location.'

The developer published an insight article on the project dated 9 February 2026, setting out its design approach and layout.

The project offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments only. There are no plots, villas or office units in this project.

Listing portals give possession as January 2031. One builder page gives 30 January 2031. These are portal dates and are not the developer's own commitment.

The developer's project page links to a Kerala RERA certificate carrying registration number K-RERA/PRJ/ERN/171/2025. The property page also lists a cube test certificate and a fire certificate. Buyers should check the registration on the Kerala RERA portal, since the project is also grouped under Confident Projects Residential in a RERA-derived directory.

Location and road access

The project sits on the NH 66 frontage, near Container Road and Aster Medcity on Kuttisahib Road. Cheranelloor is described as the main access point to North Kochi along the NH 66 corridor. Chittoor-Cheranalloor Road and Palarivattom-Edappally Road also run through the area.

Infrastructure under way

NHAI has set May 2027 as the deadline for six-laning NH 66 between Edappally and Kodungalloor. The Edappally railway overbridge has received approval for its final phase.

Kochi Metro Phase II, the 11.2 km extension to Infopark via Kakkanad, begins at JLN Stadium station. Services on this corridor are expected to begin in August 2027. The New Kochi Bypass, which will run from Karayamparambu to the south of NH 66 at Kundannoor, was approved by the central government in December 2022.

Local market context

A CII-Knight Frank emerging-markets price report, reported on 18 September 2026, places Kochi in a ₹7,000–9,000 per sq ft range. Kochi was among the cities covered in that report.

Nearby projects with published price bands include Confident Lakeside in Kakkanad at ₹70 lakh to ₹1.04 crore and Confident Gateway in Kakkanad at ₹1.13 to ₹1.23 crore. Casadel Beyond Infinity is listed at ₹1.06 to ₹1.77 crore with possession in December 2029.

Developer background

Confident Group states that it was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Bangalore. It names Kerala, Bangalore and Dubai as its markets. The group reports 67 completed projects, more than 5,214 units handed over and 7 million sq ft constructed. Its founder and chairman, CJ Roy, died on 30 January 2026.

The developer states that it has 28 handed-over and 26 ongoing RERA projects in Kerala. Other Kochi projects include Confident Lakeside in Kakkanad and Confident White House in Kaloor.
