The project is one of several Confident Group residential projects in Kochi. Kerala RERA's directory lists the project against Confident Projects Residential, the registered entity name, while the group markets itself as Confident Group.

Confident Group was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Bangalore, with operations in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thrissur and Kottayam. The group reports 47 RERA-approved projects, of which 23 are completed, and 2,162 homes delivered under RERA between 2019 and 2025, according to its own RERA milestones article.

The listed payment schedule is 10% on the booking date, 88% during construction in instalments, and 2% on handover at 100% completion. The schedule is labelled 10:88:2 on listing platforms.

Those are reference details from the group's other projects, not confirmed specifications for Confident Legacy.

Location and connectivity

The project is on the Palarivattom–Vyttila NH bypass. Vyttila Junction, where the Kochi Bypass meets three city roads, is one of the busiest intersections in Kerala. The Vyttila Mobility Hub, a large bus terminal covering 37 acres, links local and long-distance buses with the metro and water transport.

Nairs Hospital is also located on the NH-47 bypass near Vyttila.

Infrastructure in the pipeline

The National Highways Authority of India has directed a consultancy to revise the detailed project report for the 17 km Aroor–Edappally elevated highway, with ramps planned at Vyttila. No definitive timeline has been set for the corridor. The 13 km Aroor–Thuravur elevated section was reported as 55% complete and expected to open by February 2026.

Kochi Metro Phase 2 will extend the network to the Kakkanad IT hub, with a Phase 2 network of 11.2 km. The full Kochi Water Metro system is expected to be fully operational by 2035.

Vyttila market context

Average apartment rates in Vyttila are around ₹8,400 per sq ft. The developer's Kochi deliveries include Confident Symphony in Aluva, completed on 17 August 2019, and Confident Freesia in Kakkanad, completed in September 2022. Confident Iris in Kakkanad had possession in March 2023.
