What has been announced
DAC Developers Pvt. Ltd. announced in June 2026 that DAC Silicon Valley Phase 3 is set to launch soon. The statement framed the phase as a continuation of the company's Navalur villa community. The same occasion marked the launch of DAC Cambridge, an English-themed residential development, and the opening of a satellite sales office on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) on 5 June 2026.
