As of 23 October 2026, DLF's Gurugram project in DLF Phase 4 is at the pre-launch stage. Management first gave the timing on its second-quarter FY27 earnings call on 17 October 2026. Chief executive Akash Ohri confirmed that the company was preparing a Gurugram luxury launch in Q4 FY27, after a Mumbai launch in Q3 FY27.
The launch is conditional on approvals. No booking window, expression of interest, RERA registration or sales price has been announced for the project. The name has not yet been finalised.
Developer and product positioning
The project is being developed by DLF Limited through DLF Home Developers Limited, its wholly-owned residential subsidiary. It is the next Gurugram luxury launch after The Aureva in Sector 63, which management has said sold out in the second quarter of FY27, and The Dahlias in DLF Phase 5.
Management has described the project as a luxury-plus product at par with DLF's recent luxury launches. No architect, layout, unit count or specification has been published.
