Launch and construction status
DRA Homes announced DRA iHEART in October 2025. The project is at Navalur on OMR, opposite SIPCOT IT Park. Although an older project microsite used a “Pre Launching” label, the developer posted a construction update on 29 August 2026, and current project listings describe it as under construction. Its status as of October 2026 is therefore under construction, rather than pre-launch.
The project is planned as one tower with a basement, stilt level and 19 floors. The developer’s page gives a land extent of 3.42 acres.

These figures differ from the project’s October 2025 launch coverage, which reported a starting price of ₹1.5 crore. Buyers should note which price basis and date apply to a particular unit.
Possession and registration
DRA Homes gives August 2028 as its handover target. RERA-related project listings state an expected possession date of 1 July 2033. These are different timelines: the first is the developer’s target, while the second is the date reported in the listings.

Navalur and transport context
