Eden Devprayag in Howrah: Riverfront Homes Launched

Launch and project status

Eden Realty Group unveiled Eden Devprayag on 20 February 2026, describing it as a riverfront residential development in Kolkata. The project’s registered phase is titled Devprayag–Pravah. West Bengal RERA records it as under construction, rather than pre-launch, as of October 2026.

The RERA record names Eden Realty Ventures Private Limited as promoter and gives the Pravah registration number as WBRERA/P/HOW/2025/003782. RERA lists a completion date of 31 December 2030.

Homes and pricing

The project is planned with 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments, as well as duplex residences. Listed super built-up areas for the apartments range from about 1,565 sq ft for a 3 BHK to 3,555 sq ft for a 5 BHK. The stated overall price band is ₹1.75 crore to ₹3.9 crore; prices vary by configuration and additional charges may apply.

Location and setting

The address is 39/1 Shalimar Road on Lower Foreshore Road, in Shibpur, Howrah, on the west bank of the Hooghly. Although launch coverage refers to Kolkata, the project’s RERA record places it in Howrah district. The site is described as having water on three sides.

Shalimar station and Vidyasagar Setu are cited as nearby connectivity points. IIEST Shibpur is described as adjacent to the site, and the Botanical Garden is viewed from the project. The launch information also places the project about 12 minutes from Victoria Memorial.

Scale and planned facilities

The development is described as covering about nine acres, with five towers planned at B+G+28. Its planned central landscaped podium is 4.5 acres. Other stated facilities include a 75,000 sq ft podium club, a terrace club with an infinity pool, and a Banaras-style Ganga Ghat.

The wider ₹5,000 crore investment plan announced alongside the launch includes other proposed developments. The riverside five-star hotel mentioned in launch coverage is part of that wider plan, not a confirmed component of this residential phase.
