Emaar India launches Elite Oasis in Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar Extension

Emaar India announced Elite Oasis on 2 June 2025 as its first premium high-rise residential project in Lucknow. The project is at GH-4, Gomti Greens, Sector 7, Gomti Nagar Extension, along Amar Shaheed Path. As of October 2026, it is listed as a New Launch.

The development is planned as one tower with 194 residences across 2.923 acres. The homes are offered in 3 BHK and two 4 BHK configurations, each with a utility space. The developer lists the UP RERA registration number as UPRERAPRJ944123/02/2025.

Configurations, prices and possession

Launch reports put 3 BHK prices at ₹2.75 crore to ₹2.90 crore and 4 BHK prices at ₹3.87 crore to ₹4.15 crore, giving an overall launch band of ₹2.75 crore to ₹4.15 crore. Taxes and other charges may apply.

The listed RERA carpet area for the 3 BHK is 1,493.77 sq ft, with a 351.28 sq ft balcony. The two 4 BHK types have carpet areas of 2,224.24 sq ft and 2,171.49 sq ft; their listed balcony areas are 477.50 sq ft and up to 563.68 sq ft, respectively. Possession is scheduled for November 2029.

Locality and connectivity

Gomti Nagar Extension is connected to Amar Shaheed Path, with the project listed about 0.5 km from the road. The locality also has access to routes including Lohia Path and Faizabad Road. The nearest metro station listed in the project information is Indira Nagar, about 3.1 km away; Gomti Nagar railway station is about 10.2 km away.

Nearby facilities named in project information include Medanta, Max Super Specialty Hospital, Palassio Mall, Lulu Mall and Ekana Stadium. A Squareyards locality figure puts the average asking price in the area at ₹8,250 per sq ft; this is a locality-level figure, not a project rate.

The Kanpur–Lucknow Expressway is listed as open from 13 July 2026. A proposed 900-metre Shaheed Path flyover has a reported project cost of ₹320 crore; the available information does not establish its approval status.
