Emaar India Launches Elara, a 3BHK High-Rise at Gomti Greens, Lucknow

What was announced

On 30 October 2026, Emaar India, the Indian arm of the global real estate group Emaar, announced the launch of Elara. It is a premium group housing project at Emaar Gomti Greens in Sector 7 of Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow. Reports of the announcement were published on 30 and 31 October 2026.

According to the company statement, Elara is a G+35 tower with 194 units and prices starting from Rs 2.15 crore. The company describes Elara as its second project in the premium high-rise residential category in Lucknow. The first was Elite Oasis, launched in June 2025.

Project details

Elara offers premium 3BHK residences across three configurations, according to the SMEStreet report. The project was designed by Ideate Design Studio, per the same report. The company says construction is under way.

Location and access

Elara sits adjacent to the Gomti Greens master development in Gomti Nagar Extension. According to the SMEStreet report, the site is near Shaheed Path and NH-27, with direct road access to Lucknow airport. It is also close to Ekana Stadium and the Gomti River banks.

The Uttar Pradesh government has approved the Lucknow Link Expressway, a six-lane greenfield road of 51 km costing Rs 4,776 crore. It will connect the Agra-Lucknow Expressway with the Purvanchal Expressway. The proposed East-West Metro Corridor is expected to bring metro stations closer to Gomti Nagar's residential areas. No opening date has been set for it.

Elite Oasis and Emaar's Lucknow record

Elite Oasis, announced on 2 June 2025, was Emaar's first premium high-rise in Lucknow. It is a G+35 tower in the same Gomti Greens township, spread over 2.923 acres with 194 units. Its price range was Rs 2.75 crore to Rs 4.15 crore. The company said the total investment for the project was Rs 400 crore.

Emaar India also lists Hridayam at Emaar Gomti Greens, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, with completion in September 2023.

What it means for buyers and investors

For buyers, the main published figure is the starting price of Rs 2.15 crore, which is about Rs 0.6 crore below the starting price of Elite Oasis at the time of its launch. Buyers should check the carpet area, the final price for each configuration and the payment plan directly with the developer, as these details are not set out in the launch statement.

Chakrabarti said homebuyers now weigh design, construction quality and upkeep as closely as price. He added that Lucknow is drawing a new generation of professionals and business families, helped by stronger expressway and air connectivity. He also described Lucknow as a long-term market for the company.
