What it changes for investors and buyers

For investors, the allotment adds about Rs 92 crore in cash to the company and increases the paid-up share base. One outlet read the infusion as promoter confidence and a boost to near-term liquidity. That is the outlet's own reading, not a company statement.

The filing does not change any project's terms, prices or possession dates. Neither the company nor a regulator has linked the allotment to homebuyers.

The company's operating numbers for the quarter give more context. Q2 FY27 pre-sales were Rs 3,225 crore, up from Rs 868 crore in Q1 FY27. H1 FY27 pre-sales were Rs 4,093 crore, against Rs 607 crore in H1 FY26. Q2 FY27 collections were Rs 546 crore, and H1 FY27 collections were Rs 1,041 crore.

The company has set a pre-sales target of Rs 8,000 crore for FY27. Its Q2 FY27 pre-sales of Rs 3,225 crore were a large step toward that target.
