Launch followed by reported sell-out
Gaurs announced the launch of Gaur Alaris on 4 August 2026. UP-RERA registered the first phase, named “GAUR ALARIS (PHASE 1),” on 28 July 2026 under registration number UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026. The registered promoter is Gaursons India Private Limited.
On 5 October 2026, Gaurs reported that all 1,088 Phase 1 apartments had been sold, with sales of approximately ₹1,800 crore. As of October 2026, the launch is therefore a past milestone, not evidence that new units remain available. The reported sell-out is a sales update, not a construction or completion update.

Phase 1 was marketed with two 3 BHK formats: a compact layout of approximately 1,550 sq. ft. and a larger layout of approximately 1,950 sq. ft., described as a 3 BHK with study. These are saleable/super-area figures, not carpet areas.

Gaur Alaris is located in the Yamuna Expressway corridor, with the project’s marketing material placing Noida International Airport approximately 16 km away. The airport is operational: commercial flight operations began on 15 June 2026. That distance is not a travel-time estimate.
YEIDA’s International Film City in Sector 21 is a planned project; the authority issued a global e-tender in July 2026.
