Goyal & Co and Hariyana Group launch Summers @ Orchid Nirvana plotted project in Devanahalli

What happened

Goyal & Co with Hariyana Group has launched Summers @ Orchid Nirvana, a plotted residential development on NH44 in Devanahalli. A wire report with a Bengaluru dateline of October 5, 2026 described the launch, and a company press release dated October 6, 2026 repeated it.

The releases say plots were launched on April 1, 2026, at INR 7,000 per sq ft. A trade report published in early October 2026 describes the project as launched earlier in the year. The developer's own project listing still shows the project as pre-launch, so the sales status should be checked with the developer before any purchase decision.

Plot formats and layout

The project offers plots in three standard formats: 9.00 m by 12.00 m, 9.14 m by 15.25 m and 12.20 m by 18.30 m. Larger irregular plots range from about 102 sq m to about 372 sq m. For reference, 102 sq m is about 1,098 sq ft and 372 sq m is about 4,004 sq ft (our conversion).

The wire report lists the land as survey numbers 89/1, 89/2, 90/3 and 90/4 of Avathi Village. The press release adds adjoining survey numbers in Abchikanahalli, Kasaba Hobli, Devanahalli.

Amenities

The wire report lists a swimming pool, a gym and yoga deck, a mini theatre, and sports courts for badminton, pickleball, futsal and paddle. It also lists an organic farm, forest trail, celebration lawn, camping zone, butterfly garden, hammock corner, skating rink, reflexology path, children's play areas, a lounge and cafe space, a steam room and an indoor games zone.

The trade report mentions a swimming pool, gym, sports courts, nature trails and children's play areas. Amenities listed in promotional material should be confirmed against the approved layout plan.

Approvals and financing

The project is registered under RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/310326/008559, which the press release says was approved on March 31, 2026. Buyers can check the registration on the Karnataka RERA portal.

According to the wire report, the project has received loan approvals from HDFC and ICICI. This means eligible buyers can seek home loan financing for plot purchases, subject to each lender's own terms.

Pricing and unit count

The news reports give a price of INR 7,000 per sq ft. The developer's project listing shows the price as on request. A separate project website gives a starting figure of 77 lakh, which is not explained in the reports.

The developer's listing gives 504 plots over 33-plus acres. Other project material gives more than 500 plots on 35 acres.

Location and connectivity

The site lies on NH44 with access to Kempegowda International Airport. The wire report says Devanahalli has grown considerably over recent years, as the airport has expanded and road and civic infrastructure has followed it. The press release describes the Kurubarakunte and Nandi Upachar belt as an established plotted-development area.

No sales volumes, price trends or other quantitative demand data for the area were available in the reports used for this article.

The developer

Goyal & Co presents the project as a joint effort with Hariyana Group. The company's Bengaluru portfolio includes several other projects, such as Goyal Orchid Piccadilly on Thanisandra Main Road, a 4.7-acre site with nine towers.

For buyers, the main confirmed points are the RERA registration, the bank loan approvals and the stated possession date of March 31, 2031. Buyers should check the sales status, the price and the number of plots with the developer in writing, since the sources disagree on these.

The press release describes the project as a lower-density option within Bengaluru's plotted-development market. This is the developer's own description and has not been independently assessed. The release also cites the developer's record in the micro-market. No independent analyst or official comment on the project's market impact was found.

What comes next

The scheduled possession date is March 31, 2031. The reports as of mid-October 2026 do not describe further launch phases, price revisions or approval milestones for this project.
