Project status

Grovy India announced on 9 February 2026 that it had acquired a new premium luxury residential project located at Hauz Khas, New Delhi. That announcement is the project's main public milestone so far. As of October 2026, the project is listed as upcoming.

The developer's Q1 FY2026-27 investor presentation, dated 23 July 2026, lists two Hauz Khas entries of 15,000 sq ft each and marks them as ongoing. The presentation does not link those entries to this acquisition, so the upcoming status is the one used here.

Scale and site

The development area is approximately 15,000 sq ft. No tower count, floor count, total unit count or phasing has been published for this project. The exact plot address within Hauz Khas has not been disclosed in the announcement.

Configuration and pricing

The project has been described only as premium luxury residential. Unit types and sizes have not been announced. The developer's wider South Delhi pipeline includes 3BHK luxury floors and 4BHK premium floors, but those are portfolio descriptions and are not project-level details.

For context, the developer's Gulmohar Park redevelopment, funded by Golden Growth Fund, is planned as four independent floors of about 3,500 sq ft each, with a stated target of ₹25 crore per floor.

Noida International Airport at Jewar, about 70 km from central Delhi, began commercial flight operations on 15 June 2026.

Two metro projects are relevant to future connectivity. Phase 4 of the Golden Line, from Aerocity to Tughlakabad, began construction in June 2022, with partial operations expected by the end of 2026. The Magenta Line Phase 4 extension from Krishna Park Extension to Deepali Chowk is under construction, with late 2026 expected for that stretch.

Grovy India was established in 1985 and is listed on the BSE. Its registered office is in Lajpat Nagar 2, New Delhi. The company says it has delivered more than 100 projects across South and Lutyens Delhi, according to its Q4 FY26 investor presentation.

For FY2025-26, the company reported revenue up 34.09% to ₹35.35 crore and profit after tax up 61.52% to ₹2.90 crore. Prakash Chand Jalan was appointed Managing Director and Chairperson on 12 June 2026. The company plans to add 20 to 25 projects a year over the next three years and has stated plans for a National Stock Exchange listing.

Grovy describes its model as boutique residential development in select South Delhi micro-markets, using turnkey, outright and joint venture arrangements.

What to watch

The main open items for this project are a RERA registration, an official launch date, unit configurations, pricing, and clarity on which delivery date applies. Each of these would change the project's status from announced to documented.
