Location and connectivity

The site sits on NH44 (Bellary Road) in Devanahalli, in the Kurubarakunte and Nandi Upachar belt. Launch coverage places it close to Kempegowda International Airport and describes the area as one that has grown alongside the airport and North Bengaluru's road and civic works.

Coverage also notes that Devanahalli has moved from a peripheral address to one of the more actively developed parts of the city, largely because of the airport's expansion and the road and civic infrastructure that has followed.

Amenities

The developer's announced amenities include a swimming pool, gym and yoga deck, mini theatre, and sports courts for badminton, pickleball, futsal and paddle. Other listed facilities are an organic farm, forest trail, butterfly garden, camping zone, hammock corner, celebration lawn, skating rink, reflexology path, children's play areas, a lounge and cafe space, a steam room and an indoor games zone.
