Bhagwati Group and Haware Properties publicly announced the project around the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in February 2026. The announcement described Swarajya as a themed residential development in Dombivli. The project is listed as pre-launch in our records. Trade press confirmed the public launch, so readers should treat the February 2026 event as a launch of sales and the project's RERA status as the authoritative registration record.

"Swarajya" is the marketing name. The registered project name is Rajgad By Bhagwati Haware, Wing D. The developer's own materials describe the construction stage as under construction, and the project should not be read as a ready-to-move home.

Registration and scale

The MahaRERA registration PR1331012502333 covers one building in Wing D, with 49 proposed floors, 43 sanctioned and 40 habitable. It holds 710 units, of which 701 are residential and 9 are non-residential. The registered completion date is 31 December 2032. Wing C is registered under a different name and is not covered by this registration.

The developer's page gives a land area of 10 acres and says 70% of the site is open space. The developer also describes the township as G+40 storey towers.

Configurations and prices

The project offers 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments. The developer's table lists 1 BHK carpet areas of 390–400 sq ft and 2 BHK carpet areas of 550–560 sq ft. Starting prices in the same table are ₹31.99 lakh for a 1 BHK and ₹45.49 lakh for a 2 BHK. Other listings show different starting figures, so buyers should confirm the current price sheet with the developer. The expression of interest is ₹9,999. No price per square foot or payment schedule has been published in the sources we checked.

Possession timeline

The date on the RERA register is 31 December 2032. Buyers should use that registered date as the binding reference. Marketing material has cited earlier dates, so the registration should be checked before relying on any other timeline.

Location and demand

Davdi Gaon sits on the southern edge of Dombivli East, on the Kalyan–Shilphata Road in Thane district. Trade coverage of the launch points to sustained demand for affordable housing in emerging micro-markets within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The project is the third edition of the MyFirst Home series by the same developers. Earlier editions in Shil Phata and Kalyan together attracted more than 3,000 homebuyers, according to the developers.

Early sales response

The residential project has recorded over 500 bookings and INR 171 crore in sales within four days of launch, according to trade press. The project received 1,053 expressions of interest in the four weeks before the launch, which led to 531 bookings from 1,233 walk-ins, a conversion rate of 47%.
