What was announced

On 27 October 2026, Krisala Developers announced its entry into Nagpur with a golf lifestyle township developed in partnership with Hiranandani Communities. The project will be developed under Eleva by Hiranandani, the group's development management platform. Coverage of the announcement describes it as Nagpur's first luxury golf course township.

The same day, the two firms said their partnership would expand to a Rs 20,000 crore project pipeline across Pune and Nagpur.

Planned product and configurations

The township is planned with 51 ultra-luxury plots, along with townhouses and villas. Coverage has not yet given a unit count for the townhouses and villas, or sizes for any of the three product types in this township.

Developers describe a neo-classical design theme, expansive green landscapes and a golf course-led living experience. The integrated golf course is described as one of the largest in Nagpur. Coverage also presents the project as a Central India destination for buyers seeking luxury plots, which the developers say have drawn interest from high-net-worth buyers.

Price and approvals

As of 29 October 2026, the announcement has not come with a price band, payment plan or booking amount for this township. Price bands are yet to be published.

The project is not yet registered under RERA. Buyers should check the RERA registration number and approved layout before committing, once these are issued.

Location and connectivity

The township is in Nagpur city. The Samruddhi Mahamarg expressway ends at Hingna on the Nagpur Outer Ring Road, with access to Samruddhi Nagar, MIHAN and Nagpur Metro. The expressway is also linked to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Mumbai and to the Nagpur Multimodal International Hub Airport at MIHAN.

Khapri metro station, at MIHAN on the Orange Line, began operations in March 2019. The Orange Line connects to Sitabuldi, MIHAN and Hingna.

Industrial employment in the wider area includes the Butibori and Hingna industrial areas.

Infrastructure in the pipeline

Taken together, infrastructure projects in Nagpur are valued at more than INR 45,000 crore, aimed at connectivity, urban mobility and economic growth.

About the developers

The Hiranandani Group was established in 1978 by Dr Niranjan Hiranandani and Surendra Hiranandani. The group reports delivering over 22,000 homes. Its earlier townships include Hiranandani Gardens in Powai, Mumbai, which spans 100 hectares and includes 42 residential and 23 commercial buildings.

Krisala Developers, based in Pune, reports more than 14 years of experience in residential, commercial, plotted and integrated developments. Earlier joint sales by the two firms were reported at more than 3,500 units in a single year, bringing in over Rs 3,000 crore in revenue. Those sales relate to earlier collaborations, not to this township.

The Nagpur project is being financed through internal cash generation, according to coverage of the announcement.
