What is being launched

Blue Zone Mumbai is a single-phase plotted development by HoABL at Neral, a village-belt locality in Karjat taluka. The project sits on about 80 acres. The developer plans about 63,600 sq m (15.7 acres) of green development and a 32,000 sq ft hilltop clubhouse.

The project is also known as Mission Blue Zone in some developer and listing material. The developer describes it as India's first Blue Zone-inspired branded land development, built around the five Blue Zones (Okinawa, Sardinia, Nicoya, Loma Linda and Ikaria) and six experiential pathways: Literary and Art, Musical, Nature and Gastronomy, Fitness and Adventure, Reflection, and Play and Learning. Architecture and planning are credited to Enzyme APD, which the developer describes as an eco-design firm.

Listing material gives the status as New Launch. Some listings carry an "Under Construction" badge, but the earliest dated launch record is 7 June 2025, which places the project in the New Launch category as of October 2026.
