Pre-launch status and project details

HoABL’s project page lists the development as pre-launch and gives September 2026 as its launch month. As of October 2026, the same page still uses the pre-launch label. It also describes the project as “Under Construction,” but that label does not resolve the discrepancy with the stated launch timing and the “Coming Soon” RERA status.

The project is described as residential villa plots, with owners able to plan independent homes subject to approved plans and local regulations. Plot areas are shown as available on request. The page does not publish a price band, per-square-foot rate or payment plan; it says to contact the sales team for a final quotation. Enquiry and site-visit details are provided, but bookings are not confirmed as open.

The developer states expected possession by December 2030. Its page lists planned amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, children’s play area, jogging track, yoga area and landscaped gardens.

RERA and approvals

The project page labels RERA registration “Coming Soon” and provides no registration number or registration date. It does not give a RERA possession date. The page’s RERA link points to Maharashtra RERA, although the project is in Madhya Pradesh; this does not establish a registration with the relevant state authority.

Mahakaleshwar area and access

The developer places the project in the Mahakaleshwar area and lists the Mahakal Lok Corridor at 0.2 km. It also lists Ujjain Junction railway station at 2 km, Ujjain–Jhalawar Highway at 5 km and Ujjain–Dewas Highway at 6 km. These are developer-published proximity figures; the project’s precise site location has not been published, so the distances cannot be matched to an exact parcel.

Ujjain has also seen wider property-market and infrastructure attention. The Indian Express reported a rise in property registrations in 2024 and described road and other urban-development works, alongside preparations for Simhastha 2028. The district administration has published a land-acquisition notice for the Indore–Ujjain Greenfield Road Project. These wider developments do not establish a project-specific connection or completion date for HoABL Ujjain.
