Launch status
25 Estates has been listed as an upcoming launch rather than an open project. In November 2025, management said a luxury weekend-homes project in the Khalapur region of MMR was one of two ultra-luxury offerings planned for FY27. Hubtown's press release of 10 December 2025 listed 25 Estates among its upcoming launches, describing it as a low-density ultra-luxury project on about 300 acres.
The developer's FY2024-25 annual report described the project as being in the design stage. The FY2025-26 annual report moved it to advanced planning. As of October 2026, the project has not been announced as launched, and no MahaRERA registration has been reported.
