JMS Premier Floors is listed as a New Launch. One listing gives December 2024 as the launch month. The project is registered under the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) with registration number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/801/533/2024/28, dated 18 March 2024. Another listing gives May 2023 as the launch, which conflicts with the RERA registration date.

The Gurugram Railway Metro (RRTS) station is about 7 km away, and the HUDA City Centre metro station on the Yellow Line is about 19.5 km away.

The Dwarka Expressway is a 29-kilometre, 16-lane road that includes a 5.1-kilometre tunnel leading to Indira Gandhi International Airport. Garhi Harsaru Junction is the nearest railway station.
