KNS District 30 enters pre-launch stage on Bengaluru’s Mysore Road

Pre-launch listing describes a plotted scheme

KNS Infrastructure describes District 30 as a gated residential plotted layout on NH-275, Mysore Road. The developer’s project information, updated on 1 October 2026, lists the project as pre-launch with an EOI process. It identifies BMRDA as the layout approval authority and says Karnataka RERA registration is under process.

The developer lists four plot categories: prime plots of 600–999 sq ft, 30-by-40 plots of 1,200 sq ft, 30-by-50 plots of 1,500 sq ft, and estate plots of 2,000–4,000 sq ft. These are land plots, not completed homes; buyers would build separately after plot handover.

Published prices and handover guidance

The developer’s price table gives a range of ₹17 lakh–₹32 lakh for prime plots, ₹33 lakh–₹39 lakh for 1,200-sq-ft plots, ₹41 lakh–₹49 lakh for 1,500-sq-ft plots, and ₹55 lakh–₹1.30 crore for estate plots. These are the developer’s stated EOI-stage price figures; its pricing page says additional charges may apply.

KNS guides plot handover for May 2029. The company describes that timeline as handover of ready-to-build plots, with house construction following registration and possession. The published project information does not describe completed construction at the site.

Mysore Road corridor context

The project is identified with NH-275 on Bengaluru’s Mysore Road corridor. The developer’s location material points to the highway and regional transport links as context, but does not give measured distances from District 30 to metro stations or other named facilities. Mysore Road is also served by the operational Purple Line of Namma Metro; that corridor-level context does not establish a project-to-station distance.

The developer describes planned layout infrastructure including underground electrical conduits, borewell water connections, a closed underground drainage network with an STP, asphalt roads and street lighting. These are project descriptions, not confirmation that the facilities are already operational.

Registration and status

As of October 2026, KNS lists the project at pre-launch/EOI stage and says RERA registration is under process. No registration number is stated in the project material cited here. Buyers should distinguish the developer’s BMRDA-approval statement from RERA registration: they are separate approval and registration matters.
