Status: upcoming, but construction is already listed
Listing pages describe Phase 2 as 'launching', and the project is shown as upcoming in our tracker. The developer's website, however, lists Kohinoor Kaleido Phase 2 among its ongoing residential projects, and the project carries a MahaRERA registration (P52100078107). One listing says construction was 5% complete as of 9 July 2026. Read together, the phase appears to be at an early construction stage with sales activity under way, rather than at pre-construction.
The developer's Phase 1 project, which launched in June 2022 in Upper Kharadi on the same 14-acre land parcel, has a separate RERA number (P52100046027). The Phase 1 RERA record names Intofinity Promoters Private Limited as developer.
Listings say units have been sold, but no Phase 2 approval, booking or sales figures have been published.
