Apartments and reported pricing
The RERA filing schedules 244 apartments, with carpet areas ranging from 1,270 sq ft to 4,665 sq ft. A channel-partner schedule labels some of the standard homes as 3 LDK+S, with listed carpet areas of 1,422, 1,527, 1,594 and 1,607 sq ft. It also lists penthouses with carpet areas of 4,226 and 4,664 sq ft. The RERA schedule includes two 1,270-sq-ft units, while the channel-partner material does not provide a reliable Phase 6 size for its referenced 2 LDK+S configuration.
A channel-partner listing quotes ₹6.92 crore for a 3-bedroom example with 3,007 sq ft of saleable area across the Forest Reserve phases. This is an indicative marketing quote, not a confirmed current price for Phase 6. The listing says GST, PLC, parking and IFMS may be additional.
Sector 36A and access
The project is within Krisumi City in Sector 36A, near Dwarka Expressway. The Haryana section of the expressway was inaugurated in March 2024, providing an existing road connection between Dwarka in Delhi and Gurugram. Sumitomo Corporation describes Krisumi City as approximately 2 km from NH-48 and approximately 18 km from IGI Airport.
For locality context, Magicbricks reported an average apartment asking rate of about ₹20,401 per sq ft in Sector 36A for July 2026 and a rental yield of 3.06% in its July market summary. These are locality-level market indicators, not Forest Reserve-II prices or yields.
Proposed metro corridor
Haryana’s 11 September 2026 release described a proposed 35.25-km Sector 56–Panchgaon Metro corridor with 28 stations. The revised detailed project report was still to be finalised, and the release did not give a completion date or specify a station location or distance from Forest Reserve-II. The corridor is proposed infrastructure, not an operational metro line.
