Lodha Élanor launches on Kolshet Road in Thane

Launch and project status

Lodha Élanor is the current name for a project also referred to as Elanor or Lodha Elanor. Lodha’s project page describes it as under construction. The project is located on Camp Road, between Kolshet Road and Estate Road, in Thane West.

Lodha lists two residential towers, with Tower 1 and Tower 2 identified in the project’s registrations. The project has been listed as a new launch; the developer’s current project page describes its construction status rather than giving a launch date.

Homes and listed prices

Lodha’s price page lists 3-bed homes from ₹2.29 crore and 3-bed homes with study from ₹2.79 crore. It lists penthouses with prices available on request. The page does not state when these starting prices take effect.

Reported configurations include 3-bed apartments with a carpet area of 1,120 sq ft and 3-bed homes with study in the 1,343–1,388 sq ft range. Lodha says its 3-bed and 3-bed-with-study homes have sundecks. Penthouse areas are not included here.

Location and connectivity

The site is on Camp Road in the Dhokali–Kolshet Road area. Lodha identifies access to Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway. It also describes a future Mumbai Metro Line 4 station as approximately 2 km away. The developer names the proposed Thane–Borivali twin tunnel as planned connectivity infrastructure; neither project’s completion timing is stated on its project pages.

Lodha lists schools, hospitals and retail destinations in the surrounding area, including CP Goenka International School, Sulochana Devi Singhania School, Hiranandani Hospital, Jupiter Hospital and Lakeshore Mall. Its stated drive times for these destinations are estimates for normal traffic.

Facilities and design

Lodha describes the project as Art Deco-inspired and lists facilities including a gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a yoga and meditation deck, library lounge, mini theatre, activity room and party hall. Sports facilities listed include indoor basketball and badminton, a multipurpose court, futsal and padel courts, and an athletic track. The plans also include children’s play areas and landscaped walking routes.
