IBC Medallion Republic listings name India Business Centre as the developer, and one listing describes it as an industrial, commercial and luxury flats project. A second listing names Turnstone Realty, which says it is part of The Medallion Group and is launching Medallion Republic. - The Ambala–IT City Expressway, Package-I, a 30 km route that ends at IT City Chowk. It was scheduled to open on 15 December 2026, and reports say the target date is subject to pending work.
- The Mohali IT City–Kurali Expressway, a six-lane, access-controlled corridor of 31.23 km, which begins at IT City Chowk. Reports say it has opened to traffic. The toll plaza is built, but toll collection has not started.
- The PR-7 road, which connects Zirakpur to Kharar and Himachal Pradesh and passes near the airport, IT City and Aerocity.
A Chandigarh metro line has been proposed with a station in the IT City corridor. As of June 2026 it had no final central funding approval and no confirmed route to the PR-7 corridor.
