My Home Udyan moves into construction at Tellapur

From launch listing to construction activity

My Home Udyan has been described in project listings as a new launch. The developer’s own page now places it among its ongoing projects and reports construction activity: basement-level roof-slab shuttering in Towers 1–4 and excavation in Tower 5, in an update dated 1 September 2026. This is evidence of activity at those towers, not a statement that the project is complete or ready for occupation. As of October 2026, the developer lists the project’s Telangana RERA number as P01100010613 and building permission number 012471/HMDA/03670/SWBP/SKP2/2025.

Apartments and published prices

The developer lists 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. Its published unit-size range is 1,350–2,915 sq. ft. of super built-up area: 2 BHK homes are listed at 1,350–1,675 sq. ft., 3 BHK at 1,810–2,770 sq. ft. and 4 BHK at 2,910–2,915 sq. ft.; a 2.5 BHK option is listed at 1,675 sq. ft.

Prices vary among property listings and may exclude additional charges. A current project listing gives a broad price range of ₹1.04 crore to ₹2.24 crore plus charges, while another listing shows different totals. These are listing figures, not a confirmed developer price sheet. Buyers should check the price and charge schedule for the specific unit.

The developer’s project page does not state a possession date. A February 2031 date appears in third-party listings, but the registered completion date and the date in a buyer’s agreement should be checked separately.

Tellapur setting and access

Tellapur sits in Hyderabad’s western growth corridor, near employment districts including Gachibowli and the Financial District. The developer identifies access to the Outer Ring Road and nearby schools, hospitals and transit as part of the project’s location context. The Outer Ring Road is an existing, access-controlled route around Hyderabad; it should not be confused with proposed or developing infrastructure projects.

Demand context includes continued residential development in Tellapur and neighbouring Kollur. Business coverage of the wider western outskirts has noted a substantial pipeline of housing projects in these localities. That context describes the broader market, not guaranteed price growth or future demand for this individual project.

Township scale and shared facilities

My Home lists eight G+48-floor towers, 3,766 homes, 83% open area and a one-lakh-square-foot clubhouse. The planned facilities include gardens, an amphitheatre, sports areas, a yoga and aerobics hall, guest rooms and a pharmacy. These are project plans and amenities; construction progress on the towers does not by itself establish that shared facilities are complete.
