Eternity-2 RERA registration in Mathura

On 17 October 2026, Omaxe disclosed to the exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations that it had received a RERA registration certificate from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority for a commercial and service apartment project, Eternity-2, in Mathura. The registration number is UPRERAPRJ988231/10/2026, valid until 1 April 2031 unless the authority extends it.

The project covers land on Khasra Nos. 411 and 413, Mauja Maghera and Mauja Raal, along the Vrindavan to Radha Kund Marg. The company said the project is intended to serve both domestic and international markets. Omaxe has stated that the registration certifies compliance with regulations and gives buyers legal protection. Under RERA, a registered project can be marketed and sold to prospective buyers, subject to the terms of the registration.

Hospitality memorandum of understanding

On 16 October 2026, Omaxe signed a memorandum of understanding with Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to operate 10 hotel projects across India with about 4,000 keys. The estimated investment is about ₹4,000 crore.

The properties are planned across Lucknow, Vrindavan, Amausi, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Amritsar, Kaushambi and Faridabad. Omaxe's Managing Director, Mohit Goel, said the company's sale-led development model allows disciplined capital deployment. Neelendra Singh, Managing Director of Lemon Tree Hotels, said Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities are central to the group's India growth strategy.

The arrangement is part of Omaxe's INR 6,200 crore hospitality expansion, announced in June 2026, which covers 19 hotels across five states. Project development and commissioning timelines are expected to range from nine months to five years, depending on each project.

What it means for buyers and investors

For investors, the 27 October meeting is the next scheduled point at which the company will report results for the September quarter and the half-year. The figures will show whether the first-quarter profit was sustained into the second quarter, and how the standalone loss and the wider group loss are moving.

For home buyers, the Eternity-2 registration is the most direct item. A RERA registration is a precondition for marketing and sale of the project, and buyers can check the registration number on the Uttar Pradesh RERA portal before committing to any purchase.
