What is being offered
The project is a plotted layout of 365 residential plots of 800 sq ft each, equal to 75 sq m. The developer-linked material describes plots of varied sizes and dimensions, but the only size given is 800 sq ft. No villas, flats, shops or office units are listed for this project.
The layout is described as a gated community with 24/7 security, wide internal roads, landscaped gardens, underground drainage, water supply and streetlights. Planned greenery covers 85% of the open area, with green pockets of bushes, trees, flowering plants and gardens. The material also mentions wellness facilities and nature-centric living. The marketing places the project's identity around Ujjain's Mahakal temple.
The listing describes the plots as freehold and says buyers can design and build homes to their own preferences.
Status and approvals
As of 23 October 2026, the project is listed as upcoming. Sources differ on the status label: the developer-linked microsite uses the term new launch, while an aggregator lists it as pre-launch. No launch date or booking window has been published.
No RERA registration number has been published for this project. An aggregator page says the project is RERA approved, but the same page gives the RERA number as Update Soon, so that claim is not supported by the listing itself. Omaxe's 2026 RERA intimations found in public filings relate to other projects, including COMMERCIAL-3 BLOCK-3, which was intimated to the stock exchange on 23 April 2026.
Work on site is reported as underground trenching, internal roads and boundary fencing. The microsite does not give a date for this work.
