Origen Realty opens sales gallery for The Oryza in Sector 88A, Gurugram

What happened

On 15 October 2026, Origen Realty inaugurated the sales gallery for The Oryza, its first residential project in Gurugram. The gallery is in Sector 88A, along the Dwarka Expressway. According to the company, the facility is meant for prospective homebuyers and channel partners and gives buyers a dedicated space to learn about the company's residential offering.

The company said the gallery was completed in 45 days. Ashish Tandon, Chief Business Officer of Origen Realty, said that completing the gallery within that time reflected the work of the team. He also said the company intends to keep building its presence in Gurugram.

The project

The Oryza is described as the developer's flagship residential project. It sits within a licensed master-planned project of 8.26 acres (33,437.15 sq m) along the Dwarka Expressway. The first phase covers about 4.65 acres (18,836.09 sq m).

The project is being developed under licence no. 98 of 2025, dated 13 June 2025, and a building plan dated 21 January 2026, as stated on the developer's project site. Haryana RERA registration is GGM/1043/775/2026/15.

Project listings describe 344 residences across two G+45 towers, in 3 BHK configurations. Listings give a RERA completion date of 30 September 2033 and name Hafeez Contractor as the designer. The developer's site gives the postal code as 122505 and says the project offers more than 80 lifestyle amenities.

About the developer

Origen Realty describes itself as a young, debt-free real estate development company. The company says its founders have delivered more than 250 developments covering about 5.5 million sq ft, and that they bring over 30 years of construction experience. These figures come from the company's own release and have not been independently checked.

The company says its earlier work includes DLF Phases 1 and 2 and Sushant Lok 2 and 3, in Delhi and Gurugram. The Oryza is its first residential project in Gurugram.

Dwarka Expressway context

The Dwarka Expressway is a 29-kilometre, eight-lane, access-controlled highway. In a written reply on 14 August 2023, the Road Transport and Highways Ministry described it as an engineering project involving eight-lane expressways built on a single pier.

A corridor report published in August 2026, citing Magicbricks data, says average corridor prices rose from about Rs 4,900 per sq ft in 2016 to nearly Rs 14,800 per sq ft in 2026. The same report says NCR prices grew 13% year on year, led by this corridor. These are market estimates, not project-level prices.
