Everglades II is the next phase of the Everglades cluster at Forest Trails, the 210-plus-acre township that the developer describes as having 90 percent open space. The developer markets the phase as 1 and 2 BHK homes in a 19-storey tower. Its website carries a live booking button alongside a payment-plan button.
The developer's pages do not give a launch date or an expression-of-interest opening date. The phase is listed as new launch, which means it is at the pre-sales stage rather than under construction.
This phase is separate from Forest Trails Everglades H3 and H4, which launched in October 2019 under a different RERA number.

The developer lists a 1 BHK unit of 518 sq ft, with bedrooms sized for work-from-home use and storage, usable balconies planned as seating corners, and valley and forest views. The 2 BHK is offered in the same phase.

The developer describes its planning approach through three principles: planning around real commutes, structural robustness, and intelligent unit sizing. The 19-storey tower is planned vertically to limit crowding on each floor.

The developer names Baner, Bavdhan, Aundh and Hinjawadi as nearby work corridors. Bhugaon has no operating metro line today. Pune International Airport (Lohegaon) is the nearest major airport.

Infrastructure in progress
