As of April 2026, Pareena Aangan is at launch and marketing stage. The developer's project page invites expressions of interest and schedules site visits. Haryana RERA shows the project as approved, with the registration certificate uploaded on 16 April 2026.
The RERA filing gives a likely construction start of 1 March 2026. We found no verified record of construction work on site, so that date should be read as a schedule, not a confirmed start.
Who is the promoter?
The project is marketed as Pareena Aangan by Pareena Infrastructure (Pareena Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd.), which describes itself as a Delhi-NCR developer. The Haryana RERA record, however, names VVSV Builders and Promoters Pvt. Ltd. as the promoter. Its CIN is U45400DL2012PTC244453.
The site's development licence was previously held by Raheja Icon Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with Raheja Developers Ltd. On 29 October 2025 the Haryana Town and Country Planning Department approved a change of developer and transfer of the licence to VVSV Builders and Promoters Pvt. Ltd.
The RERA filing also states that the promoter declared no projects launched in the previous five years. The developer's website lists delivered and ongoing projects in Gurugram and other Delhi-NCR locations, but it does not show a verified founding year or a full delivery record. Buyers should check the RERA entry for the legal promoter before dealing with any party.

The RERA filing lists planned parks and playgrounds, internal roads, street lighting, security and firefighting, water supply, sewage and garbage disposal, storm-water drainage, a renewable-energy system and rainwater harvesting.
These are planned items in a filing. The RERA record does not establish that any of them exist. Pool specifications, clubhouse size, children's facilities and security systems were not documented in the sources we reviewed.
RERA marks building and apartment specifications as not applicable, because this is a plotted scheme. Plot-level construction specifications, power backup and the water-supply source were not documented.
Location and connectivity
The project address in the RERA filing is Sohna Road, Village Raipur, Sohna tehsil, Gurugram district, Haryana. The RERA site-visit record says the site is reached from an existing 24 m sector road.
The developer states the following distances. KMP Expressway is about 1 km away, IMT Sohna about 800 m, and Rajiv Chowk about 20 minutes, with no travel-time basis given. The developer also lists connections to Golf Course Extension Road and Rajiv Chowk.
We also found no named, verified upcoming road, rail or airport project for the locality. The developer describes KMP Expressway as existing connectivity, not a future project.
