Platinum Corp Launches Platinum Vibe, a Sea-Facing Project in Versova, Mumbai

What happened

Platinum Corp has launched Platinum Vibe, a residential project in Model Town, Versova, in the Andheri West area of Mumbai. The launch was announced through a press release distributed by PNN and ANI, dated 29 October 2026. The release says the project was 'recently launched' and does not give a specific launch or bookings date.

The project is positioned as a sea-facing premium development. The developer says the site was chosen for its privacy, vibrancy and connectivity.

Project details

According to the press release, the project brings together two society plots and keeps the total under 90 homes. Homes are offered as 2.5 BHK flats at about 880 sq ft carpet area and 3 BHK flats at about 1,100 sq ft carpet area, with jodi and duplex options. Developer listing pages give a carpet-area range of about 880 to 1,115 sq ft.

Parking is planned across five levels of surface car parking podiums, served by a two-way ramp. The developer says higher floors will have sea views and that the planning is Vaastu-compliant, with green surroundings.

Design and amenities

Celebrity interior designer Sussanne Khan collaborated on the design. Khan said the design rests on proportion, materiality and detail, and that the expansive decks and views link the homes to their setting. She also personally curated the amenities, according to the release.

Listed amenities include a swimming pool and chill pool, fitness centre, dance studio, yoga and meditation area, pickleball court, turf cricket, children's play area, party lawn, sky lounge and sky theatre. Together they occupy more than 10,000 sq ft across the E-Deck and rooftop.

Ratanghayra said the project reflects the company's vision of contemporary, design-focused residential development that 'extends well beyond the four walls of a home.'

Location and connectivity

The release places the project behind Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and opposite Manoranjan Park, within a residential pocket of Model Town. It says the site is surrounded by three gardens, and that Lokhandwala Market, Four Bungalows Market and Versova Metro Station are minutes away.

Versova is the western terminal of Mumbai Metro Line 1. Coastal Road Phase 1, between Marine Lines and Worli over 10.58 km, is open. Coastal Road Phase 2, from Bandra to Dahisar, is under construction, with a completion target of about 2027 according to one project tracker.

The Bandra–Versova Sea Link, about 17.17 km long and estimated at about ₹7,506 crore, is under construction with MMRDA as the implementing agency. One project tracker gives a completion window of about 2028 to 2030. A developer blog cites Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis as indicating an October to December 2028 target for the Versova–Bhayandar link.

What it means for buyers and investors

For buyers, the main points are the unit sizes, the sea-facing orientation of higher floors, and the possession timeline. The project is under construction, so buyers will be committing to a build period. Trade press reports April 2030 for possession, while a listing page gives December 2030. Buyers should check the dates in the RERA registration and the agreement before committing.

For investors, the developer says it sees strong demand for luxury sea-facing apartments in the area. This is the developer's own view. No independent demand data has been published alongside the launch.

Developer and funding

Platinum Corp describes itself as focused on redevelopment and timely delivery, with a customer-centric approach. Vishal Ratanghayra is an architect with more than 15 years of industry experience. A trade report dated 28 October 2026 says the company has four Mumbai coastal-belt projects with a projected gross development value of over ₹1,350 crore. These are Platinum Oceanic on Carter Road, Platinum Stellar on Main Avenue, Santacruz West, Platinum Vibe, and the upcoming Jai Versova society redevelopment on Versova Beach.

The same report gives a combined investment of ₹260 crore, of which ₹100 crore comes from internal accruals and ₹160 crore from ICICI Venture Fund, Bajaj Finance and AU Small Finance Bank.

Platinum Corp announced its partnership with Sussanne Khan on 25 February 2026. The collaboration covers projects in Bandra, Khar, Santacruz and Andheri.

What comes next

Platinum Oceanic is scheduled for possession by the end of 2027, according to the trade report. Platinum Vibe and Platinum Stellar are scheduled for possession in April 2030. The Jai Versova redevelopment is expected to launch for sale toward the end of 2026 and to take at least four years to complete.
