Launch, registration and project scale
Prestige Golden Grove was publicly launched on 9 April 2026. The Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority registered the project on 28 March 2026 under number P01100010708, with Aspire Spaces Tellapur Pvt Ltd named as the promoter. The project is a joint venture with Swela Realty.
The 28.7-acre development is planned with 10 towers, each configured with two basements, three podium levels and 52 floors above the podium. The project lists 5,120 apartments and an 11-acre central park. As of October 2026, the status is New Launch and bookings are open.
