The project microsite says EOI opened on 1 October 2026 and describes a formal launch planned for October 2027, subject to statutory approvals and RERA registration. Prestige Group’s project page names the development Prestige City Bidadi and lists it as an upcoming project. The detailed EOI and launch claims come from the project microsite.

The microsite says a Karnataka RERA application has been submitted and approval is pending. It does not provide a project-specific registration number. The stated launch and possession timelines should therefore be read as project-microsite targets, not as confirmation of approvals or completed construction.

Homes, plots and indicative prices

The planned township combines apartments, independent villas and residential plots. The microsite lists 1,000 apartments, 298 villas and 808 plots across a stated 139 acres. Its apartment configurations run from 1 BHK to 4 BHK, while the villa schedule lists 4 BHK homes. The stated sizes are 634–666 sq ft for 1 BHK apartments, 1,135–1,430 sq ft for 2 BHK, 1,361–1,898 sq ft for 3 BHK and 2,204–2,294 sq ft for 4 BHK apartments. The 4 BHK villas are listed at 3,344–3,593 sq ft; plots are listed at 1,200–4,000 sq ft. The area basis for the home sizes is not stated in the project schedule.

Indicative prices on the microsite start at ₹57 lakh for a 1 BHK apartment. It lists 2 BHK apartments at ₹1.02 crore–₹1.29 crore, 3 BHK apartments at ₹1.22 crore–₹1.71 crore and 4 BHK apartments at ₹1.98 crore–₹2.06 crore. The stated range for 4 BHK villas is ₹3.01 crore–₹3.23 crore, and residential plots are priced at ₹1.08 crore–₹3.60 crore. Possession and locality context

The project microsite gives December 2031 as the target possession date and describes construction as planned for 2027–2031. As of October 2026, the development is presented as pre-launch, not as a completed or operational township.

The site is described as opposite Heggadagere Cross bus stop on Mysore Road/NH-275 in Bidadi. The project’s location material places Bidadi Railway Station about 2.9 km away and Bidadi Industrial Area about 7.6 km away. The Kengeri Metro Station on the operational Purple Line is listed at about 18.7 km; the material does not establish a metro station at Bidadi. Distances and travel times are approximate.

Bidadi is also the subject of a wider government township initiative, distinct from this Prestige project. The research material describes an initial 518-acre notification in June 2026 as the first phase of a proposed 9,600-acre programme. That wider initiative does not itself establish an approval or delivery schedule for Prestige City Bidadi.
