Radiance Solitaire is a high-rise residential apartment project by Radiance Realty Developers India Ltd on Madhavaram Milk Colony Main Road in North Chennai. The developer’s timeline marks the project as launched in 2025, and one listing gives February 2025 as the launch date. As of October 2026, it is described as under construction.

The project has 660 units across 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations. Published size details include 2 BHK apartments from 658 to 1,146 sq ft, 3 BHK homes from 1,412 to 1,736 sq ft and a 4 BHK option of 2,127 sq ft. Listings differ on whether some quoted areas are carpet or super built-up area, so the figures are not directly comparable.

Prices and possession dates differ by source

One listing quotes a price range of ₹63 lakh to ₹1.96 crore, while the developer’s page gives a starting price of ₹60 lakh. These are undated published prices, not a confirmed current price sheet. The listing with the ₹63 lakh to ₹1.96 crore range gives example starting prices of ₹1.28 crore for a 3 BHK and ₹1.96 crore for a 4 BHK.

Possession timelines also differ. The developer’s page gives June 2028, while the Tamil Nadu RERA record lists a completion date of 31 December 2029. These dates should be treated as separate published timelines; the RERA completion date is later than the developer’s stated timeline.

The project’s RERA registration number is TN/29/Building/0028/2025, dated 27 January 2025. Planning permission was issued by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority in January 2025, followed by building permission from the Greater Chennai Corporation.

Local connectivity and planned metro links

The project is in Madhavaram, with road links including Erukkancheri High Road, Jawaharlal Nehru Road and NH16. Nearby areas named in project information include Perambur, Kolathur and Red Hills. K.M. Multi Speciality Hospital, NRV Hospital and Sri Kumaran Health Centre are among the hospitals listed in the surrounding area.

Madhavaram Milk Colony is planned as a station on Chennai Metro Phase 2’s Purple and Red lines. Both lines are under construction, and project information gives December 2028 as an expected opening date for the station. Metro Phase 2 has faced schedule delays, so the planned opening remains subject to delivery of the works.

A proposed 150-acre IT park in Madhavaram is also cited in project information. No opening date is given for the development.
