Rustomjee and Keppel Launch 58-Storey Tower at La Vie in Majiwada, Thane

What happened

On 23 October 2026, Rustomjee announced, in partnership with Keppel, the launch of a new 58-storey tower at La Vie, its residential development in Majiwada, Thane. The company describes the tower as the most premium offering within La Vie, which is planned as an integrated community of eight towers.

What the developer and partner said

Anupam Verma, project CEO of Rustomjee Urbania at Rustomjee Group, said La Vie was built on the idea of resort-style living in an integrated community, and that the new tower is a natural progression of that vision.

Verma said the tower offers larger spaces, privacy and views, while continuing to draw on the wider La Vie ecosystem.

Ho Kiam Kheong, Keppel's chief representative for the Middle East and South Asia, said the launch builds on the Keppel and Rustomjee partnership and on the response to La Vie's earlier phases.

Unit mix and design

• Configurations: 3 BHK homes and 2 BHK-plus-studio homes.
• Unit sizes: 930 to 980 sq ft, including balconies.
• Tower features: a dedicated rooftop swimming pool, and homes designed for greater privacy and views.
• Pod concept: select residences will include Rustomjee's Pod concept.
• Shared access: residents will use the wider development's landscaped open spaces and rooftop amenities.

Where it sits

La Vie is located in Majiwada, Thane. The development spans 8.5 acres within the wider Rustomjee Uptown Urbania township, which covers more than 100 acres. The township has developed facilities including a fire station, Rustomjee Cambridge International School and the Tri Mandir, with a hospital and commercial and retail pockets planned.

Earlier La Vie phases

The new tower follows several earlier launches at La Vie:

• Tower A (May 2023): the first phase, a 55-storey tower with spacious 2-bedroom homes. Some homes include the Pod feature.
• Towers B and C (October 2023): two further towers announced after the first phase.
• Tower D (November 2025): a 55-storey tower with 2 BHK homes of 648 to 718 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 858 sq ft.

What it means for buyers and investors

For buyers, the new tower adds larger 3 BHK and 2 BHK-plus-studio layouts to a community that already has several towers in place. Buyers comparing it with earlier La Vie towers will find that the new unit sizes sit above the 2 BHK sizes in Tower D.
